Recently I have become extremely interested in trying out as many local coffee shops as I can so I figured I would begin a blogging series to talk about my experiences from each! I love supporting the coffee shops that aren't apart of chains and have a great story behind them. Hopefully, I will love most of them, but if I have any negative feedback, I won't deny you from the information.
My first coffee shop is Land of a Thousand Hills in Roswell. It is located on a slight hill not far from the Roswell Mill and has an adorable outdoor seating area. The inside was perfect in my opinion - exactly what you'd imagine a coffee shop to be: cute, cozy, and quiet. The decor was well thought out with many pictures and sayings about coffee. I ordered a plain latte (my usual) and unfortunately, it wasn't the best I've had as it was slightly bitter. However, based on the environment, I would definitely go back to give it another try...I would probably just add a pump of vanilla or something to sweeten it up a bit!
The picture below of the sign that reads "Drink Coffee, Do Good" was outside walking up to the door which caught my eye because it's kind of my life motto. Humans are capable of such incredible things as long as we get a good night's sleep and start our day with a good cup of coffee! I quickly realized that this quote was repetitive throughout the store as it appeared again in the wall art in the larger photo. Also, anytime I get a latte with art, (as you can see this one had two hearts) I can't help but snap a quick photo or two!
